1. The student fills out a form for 8903 in which he names the project, faculty advisor supervising the project,
and the details of the project. In the case of KU students it should have been Kishore Ramachandran as the
de facto advisor with the understanding that the actual oversight is by specific faculty in KU for each student.
2. The form says what are the deliverables at the end of the semester. In the case of KU students it is project
report and code.
3. The student submits the deliverables in the final week of classes (week of April 21) to both the KU advisor
and Kishore Ramachandran. April 25 is the deadline.
4. The KU advisors grade the projects and submit recommendations of grades to Kishore Ramachandran for
each student.
5. Kishore Ramachandran will do a sanity check of the recommended grades and file it in the exam week.
(week of April 28).
